Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai

Very good hotel, starting from the room very clean where Ganesh take care of me with attention to my priority needs. The breakfast was helthy and the full staff was so friendly ad well prepared. Fasil,, Rabindra…. and everyone made me feel as at home. The Chef very professional and so well educate and the cookîng staff also so good and always ready to cook for me. The concierge staff Pradeea, Pashaant…and others guys always ready and supporting me. The shuttle driver Jasin giving me every kind of information I need and he drove with every kind of attention on my needs and all other tourist needs with punctuality and capacity. Trust person and very helpfull. The security Azmi and all the security staff always ready and operative. Riva beach staff also wonderful and make me enjoy my stay under the sun. Thank you to all the Movempick team.

They have a comfortable and clean room, everyday cleaning, friendly and helpful staff specially Moe who always greets with a smile and the service was excellent always available with any requests. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious offering something for everyone. The hotel location was perfect, specially its walking distance going to DMCC metro station and Dubai Marina Mall.. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel, staff were all helpful and friendly. We had a birthday cake made for us by Chef Ajay which was perfect. All staff could not do anymore for us and always willing to help.Salish was very welcoming and helpful. Sakeer was our driver he was very polite and friendly nothing was too much for him thank you ☺️
