This is a great 5 star hotel. It used to be known as Karachi Sheraton. We booked a diplomatic Wedding Suite. All the conveniences were available and the staff were very nice, punctual and accommodating. I'm also booking their special membership program which will provide us with further discounts and privileges next week book here again. Front reception staff were great. Could give them five star if available.
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is included and quite good. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional — they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Overall, a wonderful experience!
I stayed for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean. Staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Dining options were top-tier, with a variety of delicious dishes. The gym and pool facilities added a luxurious touch to the stay. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, service, and luxury.
