I had an outstanding stay at Mövenpick Qassim. The hotel offers a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, perfect for both business and leisure stays. A special thank you to Mr. Bassam, Front Office Supervisor, for his warm hospitality and exceptional service. He graciously offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more memorable. His professionalism and guest-focused approach truly set the tone for a great experience. I would also like to highlight the Lounge Staff, whose service was nothing short of extraordinary. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured every detail was taken care of, making my time in the lounge both relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended — I look forward to returning soon!
Hi Movenpick, We truly had an amazing time throughout our stay.All the staffs are super amazing from the restaurant staffs,to the chefs to the housekeeping staffs. A big shout out to April and Regine for their warm reception and beautiful customer care at the restaurant. Eating time has always been our best time because of how warm all the restaurant staffs are particularly April and Regine.We love you so much and May God continue to strengthen you always. Another thank you goes to Jeffery for always been helpful with our luggages.I can't mention all their names but we re super grateful to all of you from the bottom of our hearts. The location was easy to reach, the staffs are very professional and kind. The view in this hotel is extremely good! You can see over all the city from its restaurant. Here's what we think needs improvements.. the breakfast buffet was not matching the hotel brand name and level! It needs more types and improvements in the flavers. Some components wasn't really that fresh. The chefs are very nice and kind. Rooms furniture: needs a huge update! They are so old it looks like they haven't been changed for more than 10 years!
