Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah

My experience at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was spotless, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the entire environment felt fresh and well-maintained. I would like to especially thank Mr. Ariful Islam Mia from the housekeeping team for his outstanding service. He ensured the room was always in perfect condition — neat, hygienic, and organized. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and professionalism truly stood out. The scent he applied at the entrance added a refreshing touch every day. Thanks to his excellent work, our stay at the hotel felt comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommended!

The hotel cannot be described as being in the best location on earth, and this is a feature that no hotel has, regardless of the number of stars it has. In addition to being one of the upscale, clean, and fragrant hotels for pilgrims, I have never seen anything like its restaurants, Al Naeem Restaurant, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In terms of service, it is excellent, and the food is among the best international cuisine. Cleanliness is a must-have. The chefs have experience through the international dishes they offer, and all the staff, from the receptionist to the service workers, were friendly. I wish all its employees and workers success and continued success in serving pilgrims. My sincere greetings.

This is a remarkable hotel that hasn't changed for years. The cleanliness, the service, the sheets and towels are changed every day, as is the housekeeping. We have nothing to say, even the restaurant is truly incredible, there is something for all regions, the staff takes great care of us. They are charming and very friendly. This is a hotel that I highly recommend.
