Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment for almost two months. It felt as comfortable as home, because of the spacious rooms, attentive housekeeping staff (I'd especially like to mention one of the staff, Jane) and the easy accessibility to stores, cafes and restaurants. The only glitch was the loud music on Saturday nights and conversations by the poolside beyond 11 p.m. Maybe the hotel should take steps to inform guests meeting at the poolside beyond 11 p.m. to be mindful so other residents are not inconvenienced. Having said that, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it.

I had an excellent experience at Mövenpick Hotel. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional. My waiter, David, was attentive, friendly, and ensured every detail was perfect. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this place and commend David for his outstanding service.

I recently stayed at the Movenpick hotel in Nairobi. What a delightful place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is certainly above average. All of the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure the stay was exceptional. Highly recommend.
