Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok

We had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Sukhumvit. Although our first night started with a minor issue with the air conditioner, the staff handled it exceptionally well by upgrading our room, which a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that really set the tone for the rest of our visit. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff are truly outstanding; warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The rooftop pool is on the smaller side and can get a bit crowded during peak times with limited seating. That said, it’s still a great spot to relax. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again. The service and attention to detail make this hotel a standout in Bangkok.

Very welcome and friendly hotel and staff.The rooms were nice and comfortable. There was lotion, shampoo, and toiletry kits included. The Breakfast was amazing and clean and with variety. Mr Moy especially was really helpful with us, from the very beginning of our staying. He was kind and happy person. We thank all the staff for the lovely time we had in Mövenpick Hotel. Very welcoming hotel. Clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. Everyone is always helpful and accommodating. The pool and fitness area are clean and always tidy. The barmaid Jelly gets an extra star for her outstanding friendliness without being intrusive. Thank you for this successful stay
