Big thanks to the receptionist Dania for her amazing service. she truly made my stay special. She spoke to my Pakistani mom in Urdu to help her order and find her room, which meant a lot since my mom doesn’t speak English

Great Service, But Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel and honestly found it to be pretty mediocre overall. The building itself looks old and a bit run-down, definitely not what you’d expect for the rates they charge. The view from the room was also disappointing—nothing scenic or particularly pleasant to look at, which took away from the overall experience. For the price, I expected a lot more. The rooms and amenities feel average at best. You’re paying a premium, but the hotel doesn’t deliver on the luxury or comfort you’d hope for at that level. That said, the customer service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, kind, and eager to help. The restaurants were also a highlight: great food, excellent presentation, and attentive service. If you’re booking purely for the dining experience and warm hospitality, you might enjoy your stay. But if you’re looking for great views, modern rooms, and overall value, this hotel may fall short.

First of all, the location is perfect—at the heart of everything, making it a great base for exploring the area. Whether we went out for a tour, for a snack, or even for a picnic, everything was nearby and readily available. From the moment we landed and signed in early in the morning, the experience was very smooth. The crew welcomed with warm smiles and genuine favours, making us feel right at home from the first minute. During our stay, each staff member was very friendly, attentive, and dedicated to helping—and nothing was a burden. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, tasty, and diverse for everyone. It was a beautiful way to start the day. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Greetings to the entire team—you really created. Will be back, and we'll gladly recommend this hotel to others.
