Mövenpick Hotel Trabzon

We stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel for one night due to its convenient location near the airport. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was also tidy and well-maintained. However, we were surprised that basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and hair conditioner were not provided, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, offering a great selection to start the day.

The service is great. The workers are fluent in both English and Arabic so it was easy to communicate. We booked a sweet which was very clean and the services were excellent. One problem is that it is far away from the city center and you can't walk to it so put in mind that you'll need transportation of some sort. Also it was very busy. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

I am writing this comment as i have just checked out of my room, my family and i stayed at a triple bedroom, it was so small and we just couldn’t move all together at the same time, we could barely fit our luggage on the floor space which was only a narrow two feet passway, a triple room should be bigger since it is for three people. Everything else was very neat, the room is clean and cleaned every morning, the breakfast is nice and variable, the decoration is very modern and new. The location is a bit tricky, you have to get downhill to get to the hotel and uphill to get to the street but in return you get a direct station to the beach. -a very important note is staff attitude; Mert, a very nice guy that usually worked on reception, was the only friendly and smiling staff member i dealt with. I found the experience of interacting with other staff members exhausting and uncomfortable. Overall, it is a nice hotel and it would get a 7 out of 10.
