We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding service at the reception. A big thank you to Ms. Yeliz and Mustafa – they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel genuinely at home. Thanks to them, we started and ended each day with a smile. Highly recommended.
My room purchased through Agoda advertised a pool and fitness room with the room without mentioning it costs an additional £30 per person. This is completely unacceptable and false advertising. The room was fine, except for the pillows which weren't much more than towels in a pillowcase. The hotel is kitsch, in a good way, and clean. Staff were excellent all around.
Terrible customer service – avoid this hotel at all costs! I had a fully paid reservation through Booking.com. We arrived very late at night, after a long drive from Rome, with my wife and two children. At the front desk was a young man named Aaron, who told me that there was no reservation in their system and that it was not his problem — we should contact Booking.com ourselves. I asked if they had any available rooms. He confirmed they did, but refused to accommodate us, saying that without a reservation in their system, he couldn’t help. Then, shockingly, he just turned around and walked away, leaving us standing there in the middle of the night. It was 3 a.m., and my family was waiting in the car. I contacted Booking.com support, who tried to resolve the issue with the hotel, but nothing worked. Eventually, they suggested cancelling the original booking and booking a new room directly with the hotel. So I went back to Aaron and asked if he could give us any room, just for the night. He said he was “very busy” and asked me to wait a couple of minutes. I waited 45 minutes, and he never came back. At that point, I had no choice but to leave and drive off into the night with my exhausted family. I’ve dealt with reservation issues in the past, but hotels always found a way to help and sort things out in the morning. Here, there was zero willingness to help, no basic human decency, and completely unprofessional behavior. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or sanity.
