Definitely recommended One of the best breakfast buffets in Istanbul.. A very luxurious hotel with very kind and experienced people. Excellent facilities and equipment and service by far one of the best hotels in Istanbul. In this hotel, Mr. Vedat, the housekeeper, was always patient and kind with us, and in the reservation department, Ms. Asra , despite being young but fluent in English and Arabic, created a very good experience for us. We lived with kind people for three weeks and they brought us good memories. Finally, we would like to thank the main manager of the hotel. We will come back again. With gratitude 🙏

It is a real 5 star service. Staff are very professional, welcoming and friendly. The apartment is furnished in a high standard and very clean and specious I would recommend to have a better soap with a nice smell and add more aroma in the lobby The staff helped us to find our lost bag in the taxi and they were well communicated with us. (special thanks to Meret in the reception) Room service is great and they response within seconds to ever everything you wish for. Regarding location it's far from Central Istanbul, but there is a big shopping mall nearby and a park in the front of the hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The overall experience was great, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. I would especially like to thank Mustafa for his outstanding support.
