Mövenpick Living Istanbul West

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful holiday at Mövenpick Living Istanbul! The hotel is absolutely beautiful – very modern, stylish, and extremely clean. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely comfortable. Our room was spacious, cozy, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food at the hotel was simply outstanding. Every meal we tried was delicious and freshly prepared. A special highlight was the breakfast buffet: there was an extensive variety of options, from fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurts to hot dishes and traditional Turkish specialties. There was truly something for everyone, and we looked forward to breakfast every morning! A very special and unforgettable moment for me was my birthday, which I celebrated during our stay. I would like to say a huge thank you to Mr. Davut, who made a beautiful and absolutely delicious birthday cake for me! It was such a thoughtful gesture. I also want to sincerely thank the entire team who surprised me on my birthday and made me feel so special. Their kindness, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made this day and the whole trip truly unforgettable. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and we are very grateful for the amazing service and wonderful memories. I highly recommend Mövenpick Living Istanbul to anyone visiting the city, and we will definitely return!

first of all i didnt like my reservation room but later there was availability and guest relations checked with reception the system they gave me very good room. My check in process started amazing. Thanks to Guest Relations. her name is Seda and actually she care all my stay, always following guest feedback and provide solution. Restaurant breakfast also was perfect, staff provided special coffee 'turkish coffee' that is so good and i asked this coffee to Guest relations, she didnt forget my request. Really appreciate to Seda. I will come again Istanbul and i will be Member. Amazing service, 5 ⭐

My stay at Mövenpick was pleasant. I really appreciated the design and the furniture—they were both stylish and comfortable. However, I believe the reception staff could be a bit more welcoming, especially when it comes to smiling. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were wonderful—friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately, I stayed for three nights without internet access due to technical issues with the hotel’s connection.
