Mövenpick Living West Hanoi

This hotel has been an amazing stay for my family & I. Service is top notch here and the two bedroom suite room was beautiful. Breakfast had a good amount of variety. Owen and Ly were exceptional in making sure we had everything we needed. Our room attendant Annie always made sure our room was well kept with everything we needed.

I stayed here for an international business trip for a week and the experience was amazing. On the first day of my arrival, Kent and staff at the concierge were very welcoming and kind. They helped me with the luggage, recommended the nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The morning buffet has a good mixture of vietnamese and western cuisine. I do wish they had provided iced coffee because of the hot weather. Overall, it’s a five-star experience and I would love to come back.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was well-equipped with modern technology, making it both comfortable and convenient. The family suite was spacious, featuring excellent interior design, and was meticulously maintained and cleaned. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The front desk team was particularly outstanding, following up promptly on our requests and coordinating with their manager to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Despite our flight being delayed on departure day, the front desk manager and their team were courteous enough to offer us a late checkout,. The lobby restaurant served delicious food and desserts, which we enjoyed several times during our stay. Our kids were particularly happy with both the room and the food at the restaurant. A heartfelt thank you to the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant teams for their hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home.
