Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket

Perfect hotel. We arrived as a family, a couple + 3 and were given a family room. The room was huge and clean. The staff helped us from the first day with our luggage, then with choosing attractions and always made sure everything was perfect. The pool has a good atmosphere with music and a drink bar in the water. We also enjoyed the happy hour. The dining room is on the lobby level and we always had a place to sit. You don't feel like there are many people in the hotel. We didn't wait in line even once. The location itself is also perfect. Everything is right outside the hotel - restaurants, laundry, 7/11, and travel agencies. We really enjoyed ourselves with the children and really recommend the hotel.

Our stay at Mövenpick Myth Hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel is stunning, clean, and very well-maintained. My wife, kids, and I had such a great time — everything from the spacious rooms to the beautiful pool made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. It’s a perfect place for families, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The management, particularly one lady manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful. From the moment we arrived, every request we made was met with “that’s chargeable” or “you need to pay extra,” regardless of the situation. There was no sense of hospitality, no willingness to assist, and certainly no effort to make our stay pleasant. We felt unwelcome and constantly pressured to spend more money for even the most basic services that should have been included. This is not the kind of customer service or treatment any guest should expect. I will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, or professional place to stay
