Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s very convenient and truly high quality in every way. The staff is well-organized, friendly, and professional. Everything is super clean — from the lobby to the rooms, which are both comfortable and spotless. The management is excellent, and I want to give a special shout-out to the General Manager, Mr. Ali. He’s incredibly attentive to guests and very responsible — you can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience. This hotel definitely deserves its 5-star rating. Highly recommended for families looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. We’ll gladly return!

Everything about the hotel was great—except the food. The rooms are fully renovated, the grounds are spacious and green, and the beach is large and comfortable. There are plenty of swimming pools and bars throughout the area. Unfortunately, the restaurant food was a big disappointment. Most dishes lacked flavor, and at each meal, you were lucky to find one or two options that were at least edible—usually something from the grill. The breakfast omelette was fine, but you had to wait in line for it. I ended up living on strawberries and watermelon for most of the week because everything else was just not enjoyable. Despite this, we had a lovely week overall thanks to the beach and pool areas. I really hope the hotel invests in a better kitchen team.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, and I feel obligated to share it so that others are aware. One of the most serious issues is that the hotel does not pay fair wages to its staff. This unethical treatment is clearly reflected in the overall service quality and guest experience. The staff, though clearly doing their best under difficult circumstances, seemed exhausted, stressed, and unmotivated. Room cleaning was delayed and not done properly, and many of our requests were either ignored or responded to after long waits. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was tense, and basic services like the front desk and restaurant lacked attention and care. The root of all these problems seems to be poor treatment of employees. When staff are not paid fairly, it not only affects their well-being, but also causes a major drop in service quality. It creates a negative experience for guests and leaves a bad impression. Supporting a business that exploits its workers only allows these problems to continue. I strongly recommend choosing a hotel that values both its employees and its guests. This is not one of them.
