Mr. Diet is thank you very much. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Not only did they cook the oysters perfectly—fresh and full of flavor—but they also went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They even let us borrow a swan float, which made our time at the pool extra fun and memorable. We truly appreciated their thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality. Everything was clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It made our entire experience feel special and relaxing.

My husband and I had a great time at the resort. We loved and enjoyed the beach and the beautiful palm trees surroundings. Staffs are friendly and helpful overall. The breakfast is a world class buffet with great variety of choices. I would like to compliment HUYEN for providing amazing hospitality experience and for arranging a complimentary cake on my birthday. Also, for SUMMER her excellent customer service, for being attentive and responsive to our enquires and her warm waving goodbye to us while leaving the hotel for this trip. ‼️As a hospitality professional, I was extremely surprised and disappointed by the practice I encountered at the restaurant of Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh. An additional 5% service charge and 30% so-called “Special tax” are automatically added to the bill. The main issue is that guests are never informed about this in advance: not in the menu, not at check-in, and not in any hotel materials. As a result, the final bill turns out to be 35% higher than the listed prices, and guests only discover this at the moment of payment. Neither the staff nor the manager were able to explain the origin of this tax, which is highly concerning. In the international hospitality industry, price transparency is a fundamental standard. Guests must be clearly informed about all additional charges before placing an order, not confronted with unexpected fees at the end of their meal. For a 5★ hotel, such a practice is absolutely unacceptable. It creates the impression of hidden charges and undermines trust in the Mövenpick brand. ⚠️ A warning to all future guests: be aware that your restaurant bill will increase by at least 35% on top of the menu prices. Please keep this in mind when dining here. I strongly urge Mövenpick management to urgently review their guest communication system and bring it in line with international hospitality standards.
