Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea

We stayed for one night in the hotel, everything was amazing, clean rooms, excellent hospitality and service, very clean, it's not out first time there. The breakfast was freshly made which was amazing, variety of food and Suleiman was so attentive and nice. On the other hand, after we asked for a coffee from Suleiman, he said it will take 5-7 minutes, but they were late which is understandable because it was so busy there but we had no problem with him, I asked a guy name Ibrahim where's our coffee and he answered in a very rude way which made us just leave the breakfast, after he saw us complaining he tried to act nice but it was too late.

The stay is wonderful and the staff are very nice and nice! The breakfast and the service were really great! The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The place is beautiful and well located, I highly recommend the experience! Will definitely come back. Ahmed was super kind and amazing to us, a big thanks!! Also Suleiman in the breakfast service was very nice and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the staff were warm and welcoming. The only downside was dinner — while the service remained excellent, the food itself didn’t quite meet the same high standard as the rest of my experience. Overall, I’d still highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return, but I hope dinner options improve to match the quality of everything else.
