Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

We had a wonderful time at this hotel in Phu Quoc and can highly recommend it! 🌴✨ The entire resort is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained – a true paradise for relaxation. What stood out the most was the cleanliness: both the rooms and all public areas are spotless and taken care of with great attention to detail. The service is excellent! A late check-out was granted without any issues, and the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Jelin, Hung and Lona for their outstanding support and kindness – you made our stay even more memorable. We were also very impressed with the food: it is varied, fresh, and of high quality – there is something for everyone. Had a great stay at the Mövenpick Resort. Staff were all friendly, rooms were spacious and it was beautiful waking up each morning to a sea view. The pool areas were nice and Sunny had exceptional customer service and the best English. Club lounge for members in the evening was stingey only 1 choice per day. I will come back definitely

Absolutely AMAZING holiday. This resort is a 10/10. Not only is this resort fun and very clean, there is this great foam party that they do for the kids on a Saturday afternoon, where all the kids were having an amazing time in amongst the foam. There is plenty on offer food wise, at what I felt was a very reasonably priced. I think what stood out the most were the staff. Right from when we walked through the door we were greeted with friendly smiles and made to feel welcome. Michelle who is part of guest services is lovely, so friendly and does who job very well nothing was ever to much. Janie who checked us in gave us a rundown on where everything was located around the resort, which was great. We had access to the executive lounge and the staff up there Alex, Sunny, Dennis, Alice, Chloe and Hoa all have great customer service, we loved going up there and seeing there smiling faces. The Aura bar that is down by the pool is a great place to hang out, and just relax and have a drink, once again the staff down there are so friendly. Concierge were great always happy to help out when needed. There was a lovely young man called Juan who worked in the islander restaurant he was very helpful with food suggestions and also things we could do outside the resort. This hotel is run very well its looked after and a fantastic place to just relax.
