I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Winter Park Baku. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Nizami Street, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thanks to Elive Subhan at the restaurant, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. His warm hospitality made my experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for both its location and outstanding service
The overall experience is very Good. Staff needs to be trained a little better and they should behave in a more pleasant way. Location is fabulous approach to attractions is amazing. Rooms are very good with view. Small things can make this hotel far far better than now.
Terrible experience – Would Not Recommend I had one of my worst hotel experiences at Moved Pick Baku Winter World. From the moment we checked in, the service was disappointing and far from what you’d expect from a reputable hotel. The staff was extremely unaccommodating, and the rooms were never cleaned — even after repeated requests. On the second day, I had asked for wine glasses, and shockingly, they were left uncleaned in the same spot for days. Basic hospitality was missing — the hotel does not serve coffee at the breakfast buffet unless you pay extra, which is absurd for in-house guests. I had also informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my friend’s birthday during our stay. Despite the early notice, I had to remind them again in person, and even then, they brought out a cake that looked expired and tasted terrible. It was honestly embarrassing. To top it all off, the reception staff was incredibly rude. After checkout, we politely asked for a bottle of water and were met with hostility and refusal. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel — Baku has many better options that actually value their guests and understand basic hospitality.
