I stayed at this hotel due to personal matters, not for vacation, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. It was a last-minute booking during peak season, so the price was quite high. While the staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived—there was trash left behind, stains on the sofa, and a broken toilet flush. Noise insulation was poor as well; I could hear conversations and sounds from the hallway and next room clearly. For a 39-storey hotel, the elevator wait time was also quite long, especially during busy hours. Breakfast was a letdown. The menu was repetitive and underwhelming compared to other locations of the same hotel brand I’ve stayed at before. On top of that, it was difficult to even find a seat, as the hotel seemed fully booked. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and pharmacies around, which was a plus. Overall, while I appreciated the staff’s kindness, the condition of the room and dining experience left a lot to be desired. I don’t think I’d choose to return to this particular location.

Poorly managed property. Expect loud construction noise every day. The elevators are slow, and during power outages, there's no backup system, leaving you stuck in your apartment. Overall, Oceanus Apartments are overpriced and don’t live up to their value. Not recommended to rent here.

Just let everyone know about the terrible experience at the parking basement of OC1 building, managed by Mường Thanh. The security staff here are extremely rude, lazy, and show no respect towards customers. There isn’t even a proper channel to file complaints when issues arise. I approached the security staff at the OC1 building to report an issue, but they claimed they are not responsible because “each area is managed by a separate department.” If that’s the case, what’s the point of having security staff at all? Their refusal to take responsibility makes their presence completely pointless. I strongly urge the management to clarify the roles and responsibilities of their staff and improve the quality of service. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and reliable service.
