Nice rooms, with good facilities. There are delicious cakes in the cafe. Lovely location just outside Naantali centre. The only downsides for us were that the prices are a bit on the high side and the pool area is not particularly suited to small children. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel complex.

Hotel is quite outdated, in need of full renovation. Cleaning was lacking but the service was great. Spa area was more of the beginning of the whole spa idea and you can't go to sauna with your partner, since they are separated, only Turkish sauna was mixed sauna but even there the men and women side was separated by a metal pole. Dinner at the main restaurant was a buffet and it was good, just the overall cleanliness was a bit low quality and service was slow. All the opportunity to have a great 4* hotel but renovation needed, for it to reach it's former glory.

Beautiful Building and Friendly Staff, But Some Disappointing Details The hotel building itself is stunning, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which made for a nice first impression. However, there are a few things that brought the overall experience down. First and foremost, the price level is very high, and unfortunately, that doesn’t always reflect in the value you get. For example, the disposable slippers in the room cost €3 — something that’s only mentioned in very small print on the packaging that most people wouldn’t notice. This should be made much clearer. Better yet, brand the slippers and offer them complimentary as part of the experience. Another major issue was the room temperature. It was extremely warm, almost like staying in Thailand without air conditioning. For a hotel in this price range, a proper fan — something like a Dyson or similar quality — should be included, especially since all the extras like activities come with an added cost. The shower was also missing a basic shelf for soap and shampoo, which would be an easy and inexpensive fix that would significantly improve comfort. While the hotel offers things like mini-golf and billiards, these are not included in the stay. For a family with kids, I would definitely think twice before booking unless you’re prepared to spend a lot of extra money. On a positive note, the spa and outdoor relaxation area were both excellent — peaceful and well-designed. These parts of the experience stood out and really helped us unwind. There’s definitely a lot of potential here, and with some attention to small but important details, the overall guest experience could be raised significantly.
