Everything is luxury, but it would be good to have instructions for using the devices in the rooms and e.g. Many people probably cannot find the sauna timer, which is located almost at the floor level on the side of the first set of stairs. We couldn't find air conditioning. It was in the outside corridors. Otherwise, nice scenery and a good location opposite the zoo
We stayed in a villa called Laaka. The general appearance is clean and high-quality. Towels and bed linen for the house. Good beds, sauna and washrooms. The only point is that the water in the jacuzzi is not changed after every stay, and the oven, range hood and grill had not been cleaned for a long time. In addition, you should be prepared that on weekends there is always a night-long party going on somewhere in the cabin. In addition, the arrival instructions should tell you how to get the keys.
Naava chalet 103 was certainly over 30 degrees warm at the beginning of July. When we came to visit at 4 p.m., the curtains were up and the sun had been shining inside all day. The room was like a greenhouse. The room was not cleaned and the awning did not work. There was no fan, so the only option was to keep the terrace door open at night so that you could sleep downstairs. For €300 a night, you would expect the room to have air conditioning.
