A quaint place to stay with your spouse or your family in a very reasonable price. I stayed in the penthouse top floor. View from the balcony was breath taking. Apartment was clean and well furnished. It also has an electric geaser , so hot water was available. But the water pressure of the shower was very low. Recommend staying here.

**Terrible Experience at Nabeel Residency – Avoid at All Costs!** Our stay at Nabeel Residency was an absolute nightmare, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Wajid Khan. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely rude and unprofessional, completely misleading us about the condition of the apartment. The apartment itself was in a deplorable state. The kitchen wasn't working, and neither was the sewage system, which left the place with an unbearable smell. The washrooms were filthy, and the internet and TV were non-functional. Despite these numerous issues, Wajid Khan had the audacity to demand full payment when we were forced to leave the apartment due to the horrendous conditions. He even tried to start a confrontation in front of our family, which was deeply upsetting and uncalled for. I strongly advise against booking this apartment. Our experience was beyond disappointing, and no one should have to endure what we went through. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
