Nabu Hotel

The location is excellent. Breakfasts were varied and never got boring. There’s an elevator and a warm air conditioner, which was great since we stayed in March and it was quite chilly outside. The veranda is shared between three rooms but separated by flower pots — just keep in mind that sleeping with an open window might not be safe. Otherwise, the room had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay. You can hear a bit of street noise if the windows are open, but we were out all day, and by night, the music from outside didn’t bother us at all. (The only small downside was a slightly squeaky door on the shower cabin.)

Super location and clean rooms. Starting from réception everybody is very helpful.Hotel is in the middle of Karakoy's most famous street where you can find restaurants, bars and shops. You cannot get bored here. You are nearby the ship harbour so you can reach everwhere. Especially Galata tower was wonderful. It is 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We got a big corner room, very nice. The only thing is that if you’re looking for a quiet rest night, it’s not here. The street is crowded at night, lots of bars and restaurants. And meters away there’s a bar that closes around 3am, with very loud music. I’m glad I brought my noise cancellation earbuds, but the firs night it was annoying. I was able to manage the rest of the nights. So, the place is very nice, the staff is very nice. Location is great because is close to everything, but not so good when you need to rest.
