Extraordinary Experience The hotel has nice and clean rooms with big bathrooms. The floor walls are painted in an extraordinary way,the facility is stylish and the stuff is very friendly. My individual chosen breakfast was served to my room at the time I wished it. Theres a little fitnessroom and a spa, wellness options like massages are offered. Sometimes there can be a little noise of trains from outside but I slept very well. The hotel is close to the railway in a unexciting area but,if you find the stairs up in one street around you reach the inner city fast by walking,or you simply take one of the trams that are 4 minutes from the hotel. Very nice also is the botanical garden, ten minutes away.As the kind and beautiful female manager of the hotel, the young men at the reception are very friendly, extremely good looking and fluent speakers of different languages.I would love to stay at Nabucco another time again and I recommend it by heart to all tourists that are not looking for a location at the touristical center, but for some wellness and relaxation.
Three stars i give for the breakfasts - they were tasty and fine. All the rest things were awful. We stayed in Praha at the end of July, in the hottest period of summer with two little kids (3 y.o. and 10 months) and a teenager. We got a family room number situated just underneath the roof on the 4th floor, but there was no any air-conditioning in the room!! Thus there was air-conditioning on the floor. It was hot as hell. The baby bed was broken. The bed which took teenager was also broken - it missed one crossbar just in a middle (it means it has a hole in the middle). Administration gave us two rotation ventilators, but they literally did not help: Imagine vents in a sauna. The fridge, located in one of rooms was overheating all the time and warmed the room even more. The own parking was busy all the time we stayed there, thus we have chosen the hotel for their own parking, because we have been travelling through Europe by car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone travelling with children.
This is not a 4 star hotel as it claims. Very nice interior design, creepy hallways with great artwork, but the hotel is cheaply made. We had the one room with a balcony, and the door was off the hinges. This could have been terribly dangerous if we had not caught it before crashing down on us. The room, bathroom, sink, everything is made cheaply with the bare minimum holding it together. Staff was great, though- top notch service. Location was in a back corner, a bit far from any real attractions for tourists.
