Nacar Hotel Cartagena Curio Collection by Hilton

This place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It is located within walking distance of stores, restaurants and museums. The rooms were clean, comfy and very well air conditioned, the pool and bar were refreshing and delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and are incredibly attentive from the front desk to the housekeeping. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cartagena. You will be in great hands with this lovely staff. A huge shout out to Maria and Nellys at the front desk for their lovely service.

We stayed at Nacar for only 2 nights but wow! The service was amazing! We were in town for a wedding and Maria at reception saved the day with getting us the most fabulous hair and make up artists. We loved every minute of the stay, beautiful decor and great rooms. Breakfast was also amazing especially bc kids under 9 eat for free. The location is walking distance to many great restaurants.

Bryan and Freddy were truly exceptional! Bryan was with me from the moment I landed—he helped with amazing recommendations and consistently went above and beyond to assist throughout my stay. This was my third time in Cartagena, and each visit somehow tops the last. Bryan and Freddy truly set the bar high with their hospitality. But it wasn’t just them—every staff member I encountered was incredible. From the restaurant team to housekeeping, everyone greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness. I unfortunately forgot her name, but one housekeeping staff member in particular made me feel as if I was at home with family—family who were truly invested in my comfort and enjoyment. I honestly don’t want to leave, but I know I’ll be back soon. Already looking forward to my next visit!
