Definitely a unique property, built around the boulders themselves. Great features in this house, which make it a fabulous place for a special occasions - certainly grand! Unfortunately, the place is starting to age a bit, with a few things not working properly (only minor). The biggest gripe is the lack of a pantry?! However, this is more than made up for thanks to the 4-bay commercial fridge! Great views, fantastic bedrooms (with a wide variety of choices), lovely pool area (the deck gets VERY hot!), and plenty of space for everyone! (We had 14 people and it was still very spacious).

It’s called luxury accommodation but unfortunately that is not true. The old girl is starting to show her age and needs a bit of love. It is large and accommodates a lot of people but it is not luxury. Various air cons weren’t working on our Christmas holiday. No keyless entry so Real estate met us on site. Site Lacks parking and is on a busy corner. With multiple families trying to unload had we had play musical cars to give everyone an opportunity to drop off. Arrived to a hot house and tradies on site trying to rectify the air con situation which they had been an ongoing issue. As someone said there is no pantry space in the kitchen which for this size house is a huge flaw - so you divide kitchen goods over two levels. There a lot of stairs in the house - so be prepared for a lot of up and down. Up and down. It’s just not super practical. Recliner lounges in living room don’t recline. Missing glass panels around pool hoarded up instead, blocking view. Master ensuite w/c and various other lights not working, 1 of the sinks not draining. Ran out of gas and there was 3 empty bottles here so it was obvious real estate wasn’t checking in between rentals. For the price they charge and the amenities on offer, it is not “luxury” accommodation so don’t be fooled. It is large and unique home and we still had a great family holiday but too many disappointments became a talking point.

Property is in desperate need of renovating and maintenance. Several Air conditioning units not working, several fans not working, 3 large gas bottles and we ran out of gas( best of Magnetic management problem) ???? Cheap thin toilet, sinks not draining, toilets not flushing properly. For the price you expect a lot better.
