Overall, the hotel was good – the room was spacious and pleasant. However, the insect and mosquito pesticide used in the room had a very strong and unpleasant odor. The balcony wasn’t very useful, as keeping it open lets mosquitoes into the room, so it’s best kept closed. The pools were nice, the staff were kind, and the location is excellent – close to the beach with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. It’s also just 10 minutes from the airport.
Had a good few days at nai yang beach resort and spa. Our rooms were clean and large. Rooms cleaned every day if you wanted it. Good large patio on lower level. They went above and beyond to make sure we had two rooms together. They have 3 pools and a water park for the children. Reception was easy to deal with and the gardens were very nice.
We stayed at Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa for one night before our flight, and the main advantage is definitely its proximity to the airport – just a short drive away, which was super convenient. The room could use some renovation and a deep clean, as it felt a bit tired and not as fresh as expected. The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Staff were polite and helpful, so no complaints there. It was fine for a one-night stopover, but we’d probably look for a different option next time if staying longer.
