Easy access of the property. Just locate on Otres Beach. You can have a look at the sea from your room. Great services. I enjoy my stay there and will stay there again for my next trip. Strongly recommended for both local and international travelers.

It’s ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers seeking a laid‑back, seaside retreat without the noise of central Sihanoukville. While a few areas show minor wear and occasional service inconsistency, the overwhelmingly positive feedback; especially on staff, breakfast, and location, make it stand out as a top pick in Otres II Beach. If you’re after relaxing beach access, attentive service, and peaceful surroundings, this resort delivers and often with thoughtful extras that turn a nice stay into a memorable one.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and checked in late in the evening without any issues, which was convenient. However, the room showed its age, with visible mold and discoloration on the ceiling and wall corners, and it wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. It seemed like the rooms needed a deep cleaning. On the plus side, it was quiet and offered a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast included pho, fruit, coffee, and bacon — the pho was so delicious I had two bowls, but most other items were average at best, and some were disappointing. Unfortunately, there were many ants on the food stands, especially near the cucumber and tomato section, which made some items inedible. The pool was smaller than expected and not particularly clean, with bits of debris and leaves floating in the water, so I didn’t feel like swimming. On the bright side, the location is excellent, right across from the beach with easy access to the coastal road. While the price felt slightly overpriced for the room condition and service, it’s somewhat expected in Sihanoukville. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I’d consider other options if available before returning.
