Naina Resort & Spa

We spent 21 nights at this lovely hotel and felt completely at ease from the very beginning. The location is ideal surrounded by authentic Thai restaurants and convenient shops like 7-Eleven and Tops Daily. Our room was cozy and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a daily treat, varied and delicious. A special thank you to the kind staff: Jibin and a friendly receptionist with long hair 😊 were especially helpful and always welcoming. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away. We truly recommend this hotel from the heart!

The resort is superb. I went with my family n stayed for good 8/9 days. Exactly as shown, great location,great services,we had everything needed .breakfast was great ,great ambiance, clean environment. Nice n quiet rooms, area to sit outside, amazing lobby n lounge to sit around. Jiban hosted us very well . He was the only main person who could communicate well in English with us so things became much easier because of him. Booking the Resort was an experience worth spending money.

The ambiance is wonderful, the surroundings are clean, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas and an amazing lobby and lounge to relax in. A special mention to Jibin, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He not only hosted us very well but also took the extra effort to personally guide us on what to do and what to avoid during our trip. He even drew us a detailed map, marked the must-visit places, and explained the best way to go around the city. His guidance saved us a lot of time and helped us experience the best of the destination. On top of that, he was the only person who could communicate fluently in English, which made everything smooth and hassle-free for us. Booking this resort was truly worth every penny.
