Nairi SPA Resorts Hotel

My days at Nairi Spa Resort can truly be described as a complete rejuvenation—for both body and soul. From beginning to end, everything was organized at a high level. The service was genuinely excellent. The administrators were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm attitude made it clear that guests are truly valued here. What I especially appreciated was the location—nestled in nature, far from the noise of the city. There was a sense of calm that made me feel completely disconnected from the outside world—a unique environment where you can forget your daily worries and fully unwind. That sense of solitude and harmony is simply irreplaceable. Thank you for creating such a peaceful and enriching experience. I will definitely return. 💫

We recently stayed at this hotel and were disappointed with several aspects of our experience. The food quality was poor — breakfast eggs were overly salty, the variety was limited, and the sweets and jams were not enjoyable. The fruit selection was very small, not clean or appetizing, and the apples had a garlicky taste, possibly from the knives used. The only truly good meal we had was at the paid restaurant. The balcony open restaurant was also very disappointing — it was dirty, the tables were out of place, and on them we often saw cigarette butts, ashes, and dust. Overall, it did not feel clean or inviting. For the amount we paid, the overall value did not meet our expectations. The pool and lockers are old and would benefit from renovation. On a positive note, the location is beautiful, the surrounding nature is perfect, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Very disappointing experience, especially as a hotelier. The property itself is beautiful with a great building, scenic mountains, and a river nearby—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The stay was not value for money at all. Pricing was misleading—we assumed the quoted rate was for 2 nights, only to be shocked upon check-in that it was for 1 night only. Communication was extremely poor, and we struggled to find any staff member who could understand us properly. There was no explanation of hotel facilities or what was included in our stay. Breakfast was very poor and lacking in variety. They also advertised a dinner buffet, but it didn’t even meet the standard of basic snacks. A beautiful location wasted by poor management and lack of guest care. Would not return or recommend in its current state.
