This place meet all the level of excellence. Incredible service (staff never say no) , Excellent food, the gym is perfect, Rooms are beautifully furnished and above all THE HOTEL, AS A WHOLE REFLECT THE PAN AFRICAN CULTURAL HERITAGE IN ITS DESIGN AND INTERIOR. Will surely come again

I had a great stay at the Nairobi Serena Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, earning a solid five stars. The service was impressive overall—staff were courteous and responsive, though there’s a bit of room for improvement, hence the four-star rating. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. I’d definitely consider returning.
