Naka Hotel Kupang

It's a good place to bring family. Large room and nice bathroom with big shower. A major plus is you can ask for extra bed with extra charge. The hotel has souvenir shop with nice collections. This hotel also has decent list of foods and beverages you can order. If you think to host a big garden party, this hotel also has large garden with small Capella to host a wedding ceremony. This hotel also located in close proximity with a modern mall, just 5 minutes walk. The services are nice with kind employees, and they are fast to respond your queries.

Room is good, but the bed sheet is look like hasn't changed over a decade. It's dirty. The towel is not changed, even i stay in here for 3 days. The food is not good. Hire a new chef, your breakfast is cold, the porridge is so salty. But this hotel has an advantage, it placed near the newest shopping mall in kupang.

Hotel with Good Potential but POOR Execution Extremely dissatisfied with our 3-night experience at this hotel. From check-in until after check-out we experienced a long list of disappointments. The hotel has lots of potential and the service staff were all mostly kind, however it appears management has many poor policies and procedures and do not train their staff in good customer service. Big disappointment was we chose this hotel because it had a pool and we were staying with our 3 kids over the weekend. We went to the pool at 10:30am on Saturday and were told the pool will be closing at 12pm as they have a private function later that evening. We cannot believe they would close the pool for inside guests at 12pm on Saturday due to an evening function. This along with several other disappointments resulted in us moving to another similarly priced hotel with better facilities and much better customer service for the rest of our stay in Kupang. We highly recommend avoiding Naka Hotel.
