Thanks to the friendly staff "Alina" I was able to stay comfortably. Thank you for the friendly help. The scenery and pool scenery are great, both breakfast and room service are delicious! The shuttle bus also departs on time and arrives on time so it is very convenient! This is the hostel I want to stay at next time. I also recommend it to others!
We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Special thanks to Katie at the reception – she was always kind, helpful, and made our stay even more pleasant. Wonderful kids’ club! The nanny Chi & Phuc was so kind, caring and attentive — our child felt happy and safe. Thank you for making our stay even more relaxing!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Each room has a dedicated staff member, and my host, Min, was incredibly kind and helpful. She always responded quickly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The room was very clean, and the overall service was excellent. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was free to use and very relaxing. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future!
