Quiet and very nice place, excellent location. The negative was the mistake the architect made in the parking lot... The rest was impeccable!
The place is simple and comfortable. But what they don't show you in the photos is that there's a construction site next door that obscures part of the ocean view. The two apartments on the left, which are billed as "full ocean views," have two windows and part of the balcony overlooking the construction site. We were disappointed to find that view. Fortunately, it's not the noise, so the problem isn't the view, but the view. The beach access is great because it's direct, and there's a beachfront resort just a few meters away with tents and a restaurant. The service is very good, as is the breakfast. The heated pool is at a pleasant temperature. The location is remote from everything. To go for a walk, you have to travel 15 minutes to downtown Gesell or Mar de las Pampas.
