What a lovely setting! You can hear the sound of the stream from almost anywhere on the property. The rooms are nice (not luxurious), but the real luxury is the location. The grounds are well-kept and beautifully maintained. There’s a well-stocked bar, good service, a nice pool, and an open-air gym (though it could use some maintenance). The spa is a must-visit. Overall, an excellent place to relax. It would have been better if there were more conveniently placed power outlets, and we found the room lighting to be insufficient at night.

This was by far the most beautiful resort in nature i found. Rooms were so cozy and they are in best location. Super class service. You will feel that you are living in some other world all together. Hospitality was amazing. The only drawback i saw was this resort is very far from main town, it resides in remote location so along with what you are paying to stay to them add extra money to reach to this place and then return to the mainland. They have so beautiful waterfalls near their vicinity. This place is worth spending money ❤️❤️ Loved it

We went to Namkat Yorla Pa not too long ago as a group of 8 friends, and it was honestly one of the best parts of our trip. Everything was taken care of (transport, meals, activities) which made things super easy, especially for a big group. The place is a perfect mix. If you’re looking for adventure, there’s zip lining, rope bridges, and a beautiful trek to a waterfall. If you’re more into relaxing, the jungle setting is calm and peaceful, and the pool is ideal for lounging with a fruit shake or cocktail. The food was a big highlight. Breakfast had proper Western options that actually tasted great, and the Lao dishes were just as good. It really felt like a balance between comfort and local culture. You can see the traditional crafts at the entrance and they can also take you to a nearby museum that shows protected species. This added a meaningful cultural touch. Even just walking around the resort, you’ll see insects and jungle life all around (I usually freak out about bugs, but somehow it didn’t bother me this time, the jungle charm worked on me.) Whether you’re into adventure, calm, culture, or nature, Namkat Yorla Pa brings it all together in one spot.
