NaNa Vida Hotel Morelia

Everything about this hotel is five-star, especially the staff. We had exceptional service from the moment we walked it. The staff is incredibly helpful and warm. They were an immense help to us, for things big and small. The hotel itself is lovely, with a comfortable open courtyard & spacious rooms. It was beautiful, extremely clean & well-appointed. The location is great. Very close to the center but a couple of blocks away, which makes it quiet. We will definitely return!

This hotel is lovely and is in a great location. We are in our late 60’s and all the main sites were within walking distance. The staff are young and VERY helpful and accommodating. We stayed in room #7. It’s one of two of the 11 rooms on the second floor. They don’t serve breakfast, but coffee, fruit and pastries were available. We would stay again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for service! The entire staff that we encountered were always polite, happy, accommodating and very professional! The rooms are bright, airy and clean and the AC works well. The bathroom is small but updated and clean. Shower water pressure and temperature control is great! We had a delicious breakfast in the courtyard from a small but functional and appealing menu. We loved the bar of soap that we chose upon arrival. The bedding is white and crisp. The location is amazingly close to the cathedral square but the road is less busy. Finally the price is low for this location and service level! We will stay here again!
