We had a 2 day stay in the hotel. We had come for business work. We liked the cleanliness, view, hygiene of the hotel, everything. It has a very beutiful location and the behaviour of the staff is also very good. I would specially like to thank Ms Roshni ji because she gave us a very good room with all the amenities and provided us with smooth check-in (with welcome drinks )and checked out very quickly . I would like to suggest this hotel to everyone for the best stay. Really I'm very enjoyed with our business partner.☺️
Negative:- The food quality at Nandan Kanan was quite disappointing. It did not meet basic expectations in terms of taste or freshness. Overall, a poor experience and definitely not worth recommending based on the food. Positive:- The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The party hall was beautifully set up—perfect for celebrations. Great ambiance and excellent service made the stay truly enjoyable.
Never thought one can have such bad experience ever in the resort like this. Thus resort should get shut down as they don't know how to take responsibility of their own mistakes. I took my old parents for fresh experience as this property is very green, spacious and open in nature. We thought we will have great experience. Even after getting an executive room, the room was not executive at all. The floor was torn and there were lizards inside. Housekeeping staff was not polite neither they know how to give best customer experience. The room was not properly maintained at all. Room tv was not recharged even when the customer has checked in, the room did not had facilities as per the three guest for whom the booking is done. The food has flies over it. Even after all this experience they have tendency to argue with the customer. After speaking to general manager, Mr. Mukesh, who confirmed that we are ashamed and will not charge any penny to you, still the ground staff charged us by giving discount of only rs.800 which is not really worth. We claim that we will make only half of the payment but still they took more than one could ask for for their own mistakes. I would never recommend any one to go into such hotel. Because of few seniors like this, whole hotel staff will suffer. People really don't know how to run a business these days and what hospitality industry is all about. Never go to this hotel and let people know what really hospitality means and how one should be take responsibility and politely help the customers with the proper solution. Any feedback on this from hotel team should not be believed as all are lies, rest your choice if you wish to have bad experience, do go and experience but trust me it is not worth it. Save your hard-earned money. Also sharing the staff picture, who was not at all helpful. Truly disappointed!
