Nantong Marriott Hotel

A beautiful modern hotel with large comfortable rooms. Situated next to the lake (location incorrect on Google) which is great for morning/evening walks, with shopping and restaurants also nearby. Good restaurant with lots of options for breakfast and dinner. Overall perfect for a business stay and would choose this hotel again for my next visit. Decent gym too.

The Nantong Marriott is a new property and very well planned with good finishings. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. The rooms are well appointed and kept clea n to Marriott standards. Very comfortable stay, as expected. The hotel is directly on the lake, so nice views and walks. Recommend staying here if coming for a Shipyard project as it is convenient and easy commute. Like and follow for more amazing places to see and visit around the World.

This is a nice, newer building with views of the lake, which has a nighttime fountain show on weekends. Located right on the lake with a park to walk to and nice jogging track nearby. 5 minute walk from a new area with several restaurants (Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian and Japanese options), 7-11, Burger King and Starbucks. Otherwise, a bit out of the city center. Executive Lounge is nice, Bella the lounge manager is wonderful (staff tries to shoo guests out 30-45 minutes before stated end of drink hours when Bella is not there, even turning down lights and sweeping under our feet and starting to put away the drinks. This happened both times Bella was off). The lounge serves good sized buffet of mostly local offerings (with chicken nuggets nightly for those who don't like the local food). Gym is large and well set up. The pool is a disappointment. You are not allowed to take towels not the pool area (locker room use only) and a shower automatically drenches you as you walk from the locker room to the pool, so you cannot safely take a phone, book, etc and towel to relax on the loungers poolside. Breakfast has a huge variety and is really nice.
