Superb accommodation with everything that you could need. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and happy. The best bed we have had in two months of travel! Our private deck was heavenly. The pool is wonderful, and the area is quiet but still close to restaurants and shopping.

Returned 2 days ago from an excellent 2 week holiday staying at Napa Gem. Great location with nearby shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Excellent apartment cleaned thoroughly and regularly with spacious accommodation, very comfortable and large bed, very large balcony area, good swimming pool accessible. Kitchen functional with minimal equipment, but nearly all needs met. You may want to bring a corkscrew to open wine bottles and a funnel and filter papers to make coffee if you don't like pods.

We spent a fabulous few days at Napa Gem Suites by Luxel Villas and really enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and our private terrace was a lovely spot to unwind. The real highlight, though, was the large swimming pool in the common area. It was rarely busy, so it felt almost like our own private pool. That was indeed the true gem! That said, we noticed some dirty walls and curtains, as well as very old towels among other minor details which took away a bit from the "luxury" experience. We also had an issue with the door code, which at one point wouldn't lock properly. Fortunately, a staff member was around, but she was unhelpful and surprisingly rude, responding with a defensive attitude even though we were visibly stressed by the fact we couldn't leave the apartment with our belongings inside. While the issue was eventually resolved, we received no apology or compensation. Despite this, we would still consider returning, not because of the service, but because the apartment itself was excellent: modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Just don’t go expecting a full luxury experience or top-notch service, but if you’re looking for a beautiful and practical place to stay in Ayia Napa, this is a solid choice.
