Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites

Great place. No need to rush towards the sunbeds in the morning. There is always some avaliable. Good breakfast (we did not order all-inclusive so I do not know anything about the lunch or dinner) and good drinks at the poolbar. It's a quiet hotel and yet a short distance from the city center. It has a nice view over the ocean and a drink (and dinner) at the restaurant connected to the hotel is highly recommended.

Everything was very good, the staff very attentive, the room clean, close to the beach (not on the beach), the pools, the reception and the restaurant beautiful. But.... In the kitchen there is a chef who loves coriander, and he puts it in 80% of the dishes, in very large quantities...Many of the dishes were inedible for this reason. Although they looked very appetizing, they had a strong soapy taste, because of this spice... coriander everywhere...Is not just my opinion, but also my friends and my familie (total of 7 people) can not eat foods that contain so much coriander...We also heard other hotel customers. Also, the corridors are not modernized. The ceilings, carpeting, and doors in the hallways are outdated, compared to the rooms which are modernized.

We stayed in executive room with shared pool. Very nice room interior and standard as for 4 stars hotel. Food at the breakfast had very mediocre quality. To get to the beach need to walk around 5 min. Hotel doesn’t have private beach or sunbeds. Small supermarket around 8 min walk. Distance from the center of city around 20 min walk
