We stayed in the cottage kaarna. It's a very cozy cottage right at the lake with a sauna and everything you need! We even saw reindeers and northern lights from the bedroom window Perfect for a couples holiday! 😍
We stayed in Chalet Pihka for a week. The house is fully equipped and very convenient for families with children. We all loved the location and the activities available. They even have their own reindeer farm, the kids loved it. We had a problem with the car and they were there to help in a short while, really appreciated how friendly they were. They also helped us with arranging a safari. We chose this place so we could have more chances to see the aurora and we did. We drove almost every day to Rovaniemi to visit Santa Park, Santa Claus Village and surroundings. Totally doable and no hassle at all, the roads were a bit icy but cars are prepared for that and locals drive safely. I definitely recommend this place and we will certainly go back.
I have had one of my favourite retreats at this place. Hosts are super welcoming, cottage was so warm and exactly what you need when u seek time to ur self. Activities were various and available. I will so go back again!
