Napasai Samui

I have been going to the north of Koh Samui for 25 years and I discovered this resort by chance. You could say that I have been to all the 5 star hotels there are, but this one is absolutely amazing in terms of price-performance ratio. The food is absolutely great, the accommodation is also great, and there are many activities to do. However, what really stands out is the fantastic and great staff, starting from the reception, through the restaurant staff and ending with the very funny guys at the beach bar. This is definitely not the last time I will be here and I recommend it to everyone. Finally, I have to highly praise the Russian lady at the reception, I don't know her name, but she is incredibly emotional and nice, like all the staff here. An amazing hotel for spending a few days in family. The views are unforgettable. Thanks to Mauricio, the chef; to Zackie at the restaurant; and to Kit, with the buggy and taxi, for their attention. They were amazing with us. I recommend the hotel for a family looking for peace.

Napasai was truly one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. The personal touches, like coconut ice cream upon arrival, and the hand-woven bracelets on departure were so special. The hotel offers a really great range of complimentary activities, like Muay Thai sessions, Thai cooking classes and flower-bracelet making, so you’re never short of things to do. On the hotel grounds there are tennis courts, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards that you can use at any time, which we did and really enjoyed. The pool and beach are absolutely stunning, the rooms were spacious and very luxurious, with king size beds and a large bath. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and we looked forward to it every day. Thank you to the whole Napasai team for making our stay so memorable ❤️
