This is literally the best hotel in Lebanon and believe me I've searched a lot! The people are extremely helpful and welcoming, they literally helped us in everything, especially when our flight was cancelled and we had to recheck in they were so nice. Everything was clean. Their breakfast is decent. The free wifi is good. They also have an electricity generator so power cuts don't affect guests. The location is also great in Hamra which is like downtown in Beirut. Loved my experience their and if I come to Lebanon again I'll definitely stay in Napoleon.
Highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was great but i have to say one thing only i didn’t like that they didn’t put water bottles in the rooms so u need to buy water or u stay thirsty all night 😅
The room was disgusting, found hair in the bed. Water smells like garbage, AC barely working. I don't know what else to say to be honest.. Not trying it again for sure
