Narcia Resort Side

We spent one unforgettable week at Narcia Hotel, and we can confidently say it was the best vacation of our lives. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm and professional staff to the cleanliness, delicious food, perfect location, and exceptional services. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing — diverse, fresh, and flavorful, with something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough for real relaxation. We enjoyed every moment — from the pool, beach access, entertainment, to all the little thoughtful details that made our stay so special. We are beyond satisfied and truly grateful for the experience. Thank you, Narcia Hotel, for making our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — the comfortable bed especially made a great impression on me. The staff were polite and helpful — the receptionist, Adem Oğuz, assisted both me and my mom. He answered all our questions and gave us clear instructions. A truly great man! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide variety of dishes — everyone can find something they like. There were also several bars with alcoholic drinks to choose from. The only downside is that in the last few days, both my mom and I got food poisoning. We believe it was caused by the ice used in the drinks. Sending greetings as well to the bartender who makes drinks and decorates them with an orange heart! :) There is a bus stop near the hotel with very cheap fares — both ways. I was also very impressed by the hotel’s entertainment! On some days, two men performed live music next to the restaurant — it created a wonderful atmosphere.

We have just come back from Narcia. We had the jacuzzi terraced room which was really nice but we got really unlucky with the terrace as at no point in the day did we get any sun as the wooden roof above blocked the sun so we could never sit and sunbathe in the sun on the terrace. The rooms were really clean and the maid did a good job daily, however we had a faulty cupboard door that kept coming off the hinge and there was certain imperfections around the room (example: stains on mattress, chair fabric ripped, and walls falling apart) that made the hotel not feel like a 5 star and more like a 4 star hotel. The food was really tasty and we never had any problem with stomach problems, however after a few days it did get a bit repetitive. The entertainment was very good and there was a different act on every night. The indoor swimming pool was absolutely horrible and I would advise not to go in it as it has so many strong chemicals in it and it burns your arms and skin and made my 2 year old son incredibly ill after he accidentally swallowed a sip of the water. The staff was really friendly and helpful, however I would advise as an English tourist a lot of the staff can not speak English as the hotel is mainly for German/dutch and Russian tourist and that is the languages they speak. If you are a English tourist and you would like to be around some English tourists I would not come to this hotel as you will be a very small minority and would be hard to make friends with the other guests. The beach was very close and you had a private beach with narcis the food and drink services available. Overall we had a really nice time, it was not amazing but was good that’s why I have given 4 star.
