Narcis Apart Hotel

We stayed here for 7 nights in May 2024 and it was gorgeous! The staff is very nice and helpfull. We were picked up from the Alanya airport in a luxureus taxi bus. The location is perfect; walking distance to the city center , harbour, bazaar, beach, ATM around the corner, supermarked opposite the hotel. The pool is great and super clean. Cleaners cleaned the room every single day and the interior of the room was excellent. Nothing broken or damaged and all very clean and neat. Add the pool table downstairs in the hall, making it a fantastic place to stay. Would always stay here whenever visiting Alanya

I was staying at this hotel for 11 days, friendly staff, rooms are cleaned every day, initially we had a complaint because a previous guest left a hidden surprise for us but was resolved very quickly when brought up. The location is just around the corner of one of the main streets. It is next to a school, so during the day you can hear a melody play that I think indicate class changes. The free WiFi isn't great, but obviously you shouldn't expect much from it, considering its free and any guest can use it so the bandwidth is spread thin. Day and night there is someone at the reception keeping watch, so staff is always present, most of them speak English. There is a private parking space out front on the curb, but you gotta ask for permission to use it. Overall a great experience if you're looking for a place to stay

The place is mediocre, they are not supplying adequate pillows and towels, so like many hotels in turkeye seems to be being cheap with it. The service was okay at the front desk. The maids were becoming an annoyance. They need respect the guests better and not try to force you to clean the room if you don't want it that morning. The location is good.
