Well decorated and spacious room. There is road construction in the area so the main roads were blocked, making it a little difficult to get to - although couldn’t blame the hotel for city renovations. I imagine once the road construction is done, it wouldn’t be a problem. Aside from that, I really like the locations. It’s close to many food, coffee and dessert shops, and walkable to main city center
A bit of a walk due to being tucked away, but charming, clean, and spacious apartment with nice staff. The walk is about 2 or 3 minutes and the place is nice and quiet with great hot water and AC. Also a full kitchen and fridge is nice.
I can say with 100 % honesty the location and service are both the worst I have experienced not just in hanoi but in general. Book if you want to get lost and confused in a sea of motocycles with huge suitcases and carry them into a dark alley The pictures are nothing like the ones posted. I mean NOTHING. It's tucked in an gloomy alley and the reception area is so gloomy and dark that it feels like an old motel in a highway somewhere and you would feel like you are going to get kidnapped. Overall so depressing.
