Narcissus Hotel & Spa Riyadh

I had an amazing experience here. The staff very friendly thanks to Arsalan for the great service. The food was absolutely delicious from Salads to Kabab and Deserts.. The ambiance was cozy and perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommended will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is wonderful in all aspects: * large rooms with all the required facilities which allow a perfect staying * amazing breakfast with plenty of choices * breathtaking hall nicely designed and full of services: very welcoming reception, concierge, baggage handling, car rental * strategic position with direct connection to metro As last, but definitely the best among everything else: a friendly, helpful and very professional team which does the utmost to make the guest feeling at home and supported. To give you a good example, my luggage got lost during the flight to Saudi Arabia. Once it reached the airport, due to the fact I was going to check out shortly, has sent a person there to make sure the baggage would be delivered on time to the hotel and indeed it happened. For this reason I would like to THANK from the bottom of my heart all the staff which was on operation on 28th July 2025, between 5 and 8pm : they really took care and solved the problem as it was their personal issues. A special thank to Siva from the baggage handling department (I hope I remembered correctly the name) I am definitely going to come back here at Narcissus Hotel & SPA every time I will be in Riyad. I stayed for a week and felt truly welcomed in a warm, elegant, and refined atmosphere. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with excellent services and great attention to detail. Guest comfort and satisfaction are clearly the top priorities. Impeccable cleanliness, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Our butler AHMED, on the 6th floor, pampered me every day with thoughtful gestures, always anticipating and fulfilling my needs
