I recently stayed at Narcissus Royal Hotel and overall had a decent experience, but I’d like to share one point. Upon arrival, I was surprised when the valet asked me to carry all my bags with me to the check-in counter instead of assisting or arranging for help. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a more welcoming and supportive arrival experience, especially after a long journey. might seem minor, first impressions matter, and a small gesture like offering luggage assistance would have made the check-in process smoother and more aligned with the standards of a luxury hotel.
