Narita Gateway Hotel

I decided to stay here with my family since it’s close to the airport, making it convenient given the odd hours to travel to Tokyo City. From Narita Terminal 2 airport, the hotel provides a free shuttle service that takes 10–20 minutes. Upon entering the hotel, it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly. It’s fully automated, but there are staff available to assist if needed. It’s a 3-star hotel, but it felt like 5-star quality—as it’s fully carpeted. We didn’t include breakfast in our booking, but when we arrived, we decided to avail of it because the breakfast looked appetizing in ads. It really was delicious! Totally worth it. The sashimi, fish, and many other dishes were amazing. We’re grateful to have enjoyed a satisfying meal and a restful stay.

Had a very nice experience staying here while our trip in Japan. The property is beautiful.. the staff hospitality was great. Rooms are well equipped, big and hygienic .. the bathing room is spacious too. All the amenities are available like massage room, gym etc. The restaurant in the hotel is nice too with sweet staff!

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Japan before heading back to Canada. The rooms are tiny but comfortable. They are a little outdated but clean. We didn't like that there are no restaurants open on site once we checked out as we would have preferred to eat there instead of at the airport. We did eat at the restaurant that is across from the little convenience store inside the hotel and our server was lovely. The food was good and well priced. It is a very convenient hotel for those who want to be near the airport and the shuttle was very much appreciated. The garden was a lovely spot to walk around in and is so well kept. Beautiful space!
