what a great experience i had last year at Nashira City Hotel. the room was always clean and comfortable, and i received amazing service from Sarah from bali. she was kind, professional, and very attentive to our needs. the location was also convenient, close to shops and public transport. overall, everything was well organized and relaxing. i would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to start the day. A special thanks to Gulsum, who made my stay even more memorable with her warm welcome, guidance, and exceptional support throughout my visit. Highly recommended for business trips—I'll definitely be back!

We stayed at Nashira City Hotel for 3 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. This hotel is definitely not child-friendly. The kids’ pool was extremely dirty—so filthy that I didn’t even let my child go in. Hygiene was clearly not a priority. The breakfast hall was unbearably hot as the air conditioning was turned off, even during the scorching July heat. On top of that, staff started clearing the breakfast buffet while people were still eating and before breakfast time was officially over. There was no consideration for guests still at the table. My 20-month-old baby often went without eating properly. The staff seemed to be working under tough conditions, and although they were polite, the system was completely disorganized. Every time we asked for a drink or something basic, the answer was simply ‘we don’t have it,’ with no effort to offer a solution. Overall, the quality of service was far below our expectations. We experienced the same issues all 3 days. We will not return, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel especially for families with young children.
